We will continue working on our Group Correspondence Course, Jacobean Fantasy by Kay Stanis.  You may also choose to work on any project you wish.  We will again have an in-person option at Thistle Needleworks, Wethersfield, and a Zoom option. We are having a "Snow Day" theme for the day with several projects to pick from.  You can pick one or all three, or work on any snow-related project of your choice.

1. Brrr – Adorable snowman from the November/December 2023 issue of Needlepoint Now.  You do not need the magazine to participate since the stitch guide is included with the purchase of the canvas. Designed by Pepperberry Designs with stitch guide by Judie Solomon. A registration coupon is provided.

   
   

2. Rosewood Manor – Cross-Stitch Christmas Mini-Sock.  Free chart link will be provided. A registration coupon is provided.

   
   

3. Debbie Rowley – Sparkly Snowman.  Free chart link will be provided. A registration coupon is provided.

Outreach:  Pequot Colony Stitchers, down on the shoreline, has mounted a display of CRVC work at the Groton Public Library during April 2024.  Photos of the exhibit are presented here (click to enlarge) but we encourage you to visit the library to view the pieces.

New England Region News

The New England Region is hosting the NER Region Day, Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the Plymouth Church in Framingham, MA.  The deadline to register for this event has passed.

An email about this event was sent directly to all CRVC members.  Contact us at CRVCEGA@aol.com if you did not receive it so that we can make sure you receive future news from NER.

EGA News -- Dues Update

Members can now begin to renew their membership.  Please go to the National EGA website – "EGAUSA.org" and click "Join Us" for instructions.

Select Connecticut River Valley (CRVC) as your primary chapter.
